The First International Conference of Health Sciences (ICOHS) is a conference in all fields of Health Sciences including Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Midwifery, and Pharmacy. This conference aims to provide a forum for researchers to exchange research findings, experiences, and information in health sciences and the building of networks among health practitioners and policymakers for further collaboration in research and networking in health worldwide, in order to improve health professionals in promotive and preventive management.

REGISTRATION AND SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

(The registration systems will be opened soon)

Please read the following guidelines carefully!

[IMPORTANT] The whole submission process is done fully online (NOT by email) to guarantee smooth administration.

The Steps of Registration and Submission

There are 2 options of registration, Register as Presenter and Register as Participant (Select one)

 

A. For Presenter

1. Register (Create an account).

- Select Register Menu

- Select Register as Presenter

- A registrant is required to complete the following data:

  • Presenter’s Full Name
  • Affiliation
  • Student/Non-Students (Select one)
  • Local/International (Select one) For international, select country
  • Phone Number (WhatsApp Reccommended)
  • Email
  • Password
  • Confirm Password (Re-type the Password)

- Select Register

Once a registrant completes the registration step, it will be automatically logged in to the account.


2. Abstract Submission (for presenter only)

Select “Abstract Submission” on your account. Then, you are required to complete the following data:

- Full Name of Author 1 (you may add for more author)

- Affiliation

- Email

- Abstract Contents, includes:

  • Purpose (Max. 40 words)
  • Methods (Max. 40 words)
  • Results (Max. 40 words)
  • Implication (Max. 40 words)
  • Originality (Max. 40 words)

-Keywords (Max. 5 Keywords)

After the abstract is submitted, you need to wait for the acceptance notification that will be sent to your email.


3. Payment

Payment feature will be available after you receive the acceptance notification.
The steps:

- Login into your account

- Select Payment Menu

- Select “Pay Now” then your payment information pay will appear and you can directly download the invoice. Once you select “Pay Now” Menu, then the payment must be made in the period available in the payment information as well as in the invoice. If you miss the deadline, you must repeat the steps from “Select Pay Now” because your payment will be reset.

- Pay your registration fee via Bank Transfer ( See Payment Guidelines)

- Confirm your payment by selecting “payment confirmation” menu and then uploading your proof of payment. (Must be in Pdf format and the maximum size is 300Kb)

- Select “Confirm” to complete your payment process and wait for validation by admin.

- You can download your payment receipt after the admin verify your payment confirmation.


4. Full Paper Submission

This menu will be available in your account after your payment confirmation is validated by admin.

- You are required to submit your full paper in Ms. Word format.

- The paper must be aligned with our template before it is submitted (download template)


5. Presentation Material (Powerpoint) Submission

You are required to submit your Presentation Material (Powerpoint) in ppt/pptx format to complete your Registration.

 

Finally, you will receive a conference ticket sent to your email to join the conference.


[IMPORTANT]

1. You must print and bring your conference ticket to the conference.

2. LoA (Letter of Acceptance) and LoI (Letter of Invitation) can be downloaded from your account after your abstract is accepted

 

B. For Participant

1. Register (Create an account)

- Select Register Menu

- Select Register as Participant

- A registrant is required to complete the following data:

  • Full Name
  • Affiliation
  • Student/Non-Student (Select one)
  • Local/International (Select one)
  • For international, select country
  • Phone Number (WhatsApp Recommended
  • Email
  • Password
  • Confirm Password (Re-type the Password)

Once a registrant completes the registration step, it will be automatically logged in to the account.


2. Payment

Payment feature will be available after you receive the acceptance notification.

- Login into your account

- Select Payment Menu

- Select “Pay Now” then your payment information pay will appear and you can directly download the invoice.
