Journal History

Dynamics of Politics and Democracy was first published in 2021 as an international scholarly initiative aimed at advancing interdisciplinary research in the fields of political science and democratic studies. Since its inception, the journal has sought to provide a credible academic forum for the dissemination of high-quality research addressing political dynamics, democratic governance, and contemporary political challenges across different levels and regions.

Published online by Goodwood Publishing, the journal adopts a biannual publication schedule, releasing two issues each year in February and August. All manuscripts are published in English to ensure broad international accessibility and to foster global scholarly communication among researchers, academicians, policymakers, and practitioners.

To maintain academic integrity and publication excellence, every submitted manuscript undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, involving at least two independent reviewers. Editorial decisions are made based on clear scholarly criteria, including academic quality, originality, methodological rigor, and practical relevance. Through this structured review process, Dynamics of Politics and Democracy remains committed to upholding high academic standards and contributing meaningfully to the development of knowledge and informed discourse on politics and democracy.
