For Reviewers

A. Invitation to Review

Reviewers will receive an email invitation to review a manuscript. The invitation includes the article title and abstract. By clicking the link in the email, reviewers can accept or decline the invitation. Once accepted, reviewers can access the manuscript through their reviewer account on the journal portal.

B. Ethics

Plagiarism: If a reviewer suspects plagiarism, they should immediately inform the editor with supporting evidence.
Defamation: If any part of the manuscript contains defamatory content, the reviewer should notify the editor immediately.
Fraud: If a reviewer suspects data fabrication or falsification, they should raise their concern with the editor.

C. Confidentiality

Reviewers must not disclose manuscript content to anyone outside the review process.

Consultation with colleagues is limited and must maintain confidentiality.

The review process follows a double-blind model — neither the author nor the reviewer knows each other's identity.

D. Evaluation Criteria

Reviewers are expected to evaluate manuscripts across the following 11 areas:

Originality
Layout and formatting
Title appropriateness
Abstract quality and completeness
Introduction and background
Methodology
Statistical analysis
Results presentation
Discussion and conclusion
Graphics and tables
Language quality

Results: Are results presented clearly and analyzed appropriately?
Implications: Are the implications and value of the research stated clearly?
Quality of Communication: Does the paper clearly express its case and is it written in a suitable academic style?

Revisions Required The manuscript requires minor revisions before acceptance.
Resubmit for Review The manuscript needs major revisions and must be re-evaluated.
Resubmit Elsewhere The manuscript does not fit the journal's scope.
