Abstract

Purpose: This study investigated the effectiveness of enhancing technical and tactical training in young football players, focusing on the integration of technical, tactical, and physical training under real game conditions.

Research Methodology: This study analyzed the training practices, methodological approaches, and age-specific characteristics of young players. It emphasizes structured sessions, including "pure" technical exercises, game-based learning, and drills that simulate real match situations, while considering the role of training load, error correction, and progressive teaching methods.

Results: The findings show that training effectiveness improves significantly when technical and tactical skills are developed systematically under conditions resembling actual gameplay with active opposition. Age-specific approaches, appropriate load management, and ongoing performance monitoring enhance skill development and prevent incorrect technique formation.

Conclusions: Integrating game-based methods with structured technical training leads to better individual and team performances. Pedagogical control, individualized observation, and data-based evaluations are essential for optimizing the training process and improving competitive results among young players.

Limitations: This study focused on existing training practices, which may not fully reflect dynamic game conditions. Further research should explore other factors affecting training outcomes in competitive settings.

Contributions: This study provides insights into the integration of technical, tactical, and physical training, offering valuable guidance for improving training efficiency and achieving better outcomes in youth football.
