Liste de vérification de la soumission

En tant que partie intégrante du processus de soumission, les auteurs doivent s'assurer de la conformité de leur soumission avec tous les éléments suivants, et les soumissions peuvent être retournées aux auteurs qui ne sont pas conformes à ces directives.

  • La soumission n'a pas déjà été publiée et n'est pas considérée actuellement par une autre revue. Si ce n'est pas le cas, fournir une explication dans le champ "Commentaires au rédacteur".
  • Le fichier de la soumission est dans un des formats de fichier suivants : OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF ou WordPerfect.
  • Lorsque possible, les URLs des références ont été fournies.
  • Le texte est à simple interligne, utilise une police de 12 points, emploie l'italique plutôt que le souligné (sauf pour les adresses URL) et place toutes les illustrations, figures et tableaux aux endroits appropriés dans le texte plutôt qu'à la fin.
  • Le texte se conforme aux exigences stylistiques et bibliographiques décrites dans les Directives aux auteurs, qui se trouvent dans la section « À propos de la revue ».

Submission
Manuscripts must be submitted by one of the authors through the Open Journal Systems (OJS), which serves as the official manuscript submission platform for Goodwood Publishing journals. Only Microsoft Word files are accepted (.doc, .docx, or .rtf). Special characters should not be used in file names.

Submissions made by individuals other than the author(s) are not permitted. The submitting author is responsible for all correspondence throughout the submission, peer review, revision, and publication processes.

Terms of Submission
By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration by another journal. All co-authors must approve the submission and necessary institutional permissions must be obtained.

The editorial office determines the official submission date after acknowledgment of receipt. Authors permit editorial editing for clarity and readability. All submissions are subject to Goodwood Publishing’s terms of service.

Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo editorial screening and double-blind peer review to ensure scientific validity, originality, and technical accuracy.

The research must be methodologically sound, ethically conducted, transparent, and as replicable as possible.

Editorial decisions include acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection.

Research Integrity Oversight
For submissions involving ethical, security, or societal concerns, additional expert consultation may be conducted before a final decision is made.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)
All journals are available online. Some journals apply APCs to support open access publishing. Details are provided on each journal’s website.

Preprints
Manuscripts previously deposited in preprint servers, institutional repositories, or theses are accepted, provided proper citation is included.

Preregistration of Studies and Analysis Plans
Authors are encouraged to disclose preregistration details using recognized registries such as OSF or ClinicalTrials.gov.

ORCID
The corresponding author is encouraged to provide an ORCID iD prior to publication.

Manuscript Format
Manuscripts must follow the Goodwood Publishing template and include title, authors, abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results, discussion, conclusion, acknowledgment, and references.

Formatting requirements:
• A4 paper
• Single column
• Single spacing (1.0)
• Times New Roman, 11 pt
• 2.5 cm margins

Title
The title must be concise, clear, informative, and limited to 12 words. Avoid abbreviations and formulas.

Abstract
The abstract must contain 180–250 words and be structured into purpose, methods, results, limitations, contribution, and novelty. References and uncommon abbreviations should be avoided.

Keywords
Provide 3–5 keywords suitable for indexing purposes. Avoid general or plural terms.

References
A minimum of 15 references is required. At least 50% must be published within the last five years and derived from primary sources. APA author–date style must be used.

Figures, Tables, and Supplementary Materials
Figures and tables must be embedded in the manuscript. Images should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Supplementary materials may be submitted as one file or ZIP archive.

Ethical Guidelines
All research involving human or animal subjects must comply with international ethical standards, including the Declaration of Helsinki.

Appeals
Authors may submit appeals by emailing the journal with the manuscript number and clear academic justification.

  • Copyright Retention and First Publication Rights
    Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. The published work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which permits others to share and reuse the work with proper acknowledgment of the authorship and the journal as the original place of publication.

  • Non-Exclusive Distribution Rights
    Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work (e.g., posting it in an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), provided that the original publication in this journal is properly acknowledged.

  • Author Self-Archiving and Online Sharing
    Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on personal or institutional websites) both prior to and during the submission process. Such practices may facilitate scholarly exchange and contribute to earlier dissemination and increased citation of the published work.
