Annals of Human Resource Management Research (AHRMR) is an international, peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by Goodwood Publishing. The journal was first launched in 2021 to provide a rigorous academic platform for the dissemination of high-quality research in the field of human resource management, addressing both theoretical advancement and empirical inquiry with relevance to organizational practice.
Since its establishment, AHRMR has demonstrated consistent publication performance and a growing contribution to the human resource management discipline. During the period 2021–2024, the journal was published twice a year, ensuring editorial stability, continuity, and quality control through a structured peer-review process.
In line with the journal’s maturation, increasing submission volume, and expanding international readership, AHRMR officially increased its publication frequency to four issues per year in 2025. This development reflects the journal’s commitment to improving the timeliness of scholarly communication while maintaining high editorial and ethical standards.
AHRMR publishes articles in English to enhance international visibility and scholarly exchange.
