Annals of Human Resource Management Research (AHRMR) is an international, peer-reviewed, and scholarly journal dedicated to advancing knowledge in the field of human resource management (HRM) and related organizational studies. The journal serves as an academic platform for researchers, academicians, and practitioners to publish high-quality research that addresses important theoretical, empirical, and practical questions within the HRM discipline.

Types of Published Articles
