Analysis of determinants of renewable energy consumption in Indonesia

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the determinants of renewable energy consumption in Indonesia. The free variables used are Gross Domestic Product (GDP), energy subsidies (SUB), urban population (POPs), and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. The data used is time series  data for the period 1990-2023. Research methodology: This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with Error Correction Model (ECM) and Ordinary Least Square (OLS) analysis. Results: The results of the study show that in the short term, the variables of GDP and urban population have a positive but insignificant effect. For the energy subsidy variable, in the short term it has a negative and significant effect. Then the variable carbon dioxide (CO2) emission has a positive and significant effect on renewable energy consumption in Indonesia. Meanwhile, in the long term, the variables of GDP and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions have a positive and significant effect on renewable energy consumption in Indonesia. The variable energy subsidy in the long term has a negative and significant effect on renewable energy consumption in Indonesia. Meanwhile, for the urban population variable, in the long term it has a positive but not significant effect on renewable energy consumption in Indonesia. Simultaneous testing showed that the  variables of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), energy subsidies (SUB), urban population (POPs), and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions together affect renewable energy consumption in Indonesia.

An analytical approach to the accounting of settlement lands: A case study of Mirishkor District

Purpose: The aim of this study is to analyze the legal, technical, and organizational aspects of accounting for settlement lands, with a specific focus on the Mirishkor district. It seeks to assess how settlement lands are classified, distributed, and managed, and to identify current challenges in maintaining accurate land records. Research methodology: The research applies geostatistical analysis, geospatial object mapping, remote sensing, cartographic tools, and algorithmic approaches. These methods are used to evaluate land use distribution, monitor settlement expansion, and improve land accounting systems. Results: The findings reveal that Mirishkor district contains 16,359 household plots totaling 4,494 hectares, with an average size of 0.27 hectares per plot. Of this, 797 hectares are occupied by residential buildings. The study recommends implementing a unified geospatial cadastral system, improving the address registry, and digitizing land accounting processes to better monitor and manage settlement lands.

Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) on grant assistance policy in Badung Regency

Purpose: the purpose of this study is to analyze the Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) of the Grant Aid Policy in Badung Regency. Research methodology: This study uses a qualitative approach with the Regulatory Impact Assessment data analysis technique. Results: The targeted outputs in this study are the analysis of the impact, costs and benefits of the Badung Regency grant aid policy which can be used as evaluation material for the government in implementing the Badung Regency grant aid policy. The policy recommendation is the second option, which is to improve the grant selection and reporting process. This option provides a balance between increasing policy effectiveness and implementation risk, and supports the needs of Badung Regency to ensure more optimal and transparent policy benefits.

The influence of e-service quality, e-trust, on e-loyalty QRIS BCA with mediation by e-satisfaction (Study on QRIS BCA users in Jakarta)

Purpose: This study aims to test the effect of E-Service Quality and E-Trust on BCA QRIS E-Loyalty Mediated by E-Satisfaction (Study of BCA QRIS Users in Jakarta). Research methodology: The number of samples in this study was 113, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This type of research is classified as quantitative research, which uses primary data. The analysis method used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The population in the study was active BCA QRIS users domiciled in Jakarta. The data collection method was through a Google form questionnaire and the measurement scale refers to the 1-5 Likert scale. Results: The results of this study indicate that: (1) E-Service Quality does have a positive but not significant influence on E-Loyalty, (2) E-Trust does not have a positive and significant influence on E-Loyalty, (3) E-Service Quality does have a positive but not significant influence on E-Satisfaction, (4) E-Trust has a positive and significant influence on E-Satisfaction, (5) E-Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on E-Loyalty,  (6) E-Service Quality does not have an influence on E-Loyalty through E-Satisfaction, and (7) E-trust has an influence on E-Loyalty through E-satisfaction.

The role of teacher health and work environment on teacher certification through leader image

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to develop a new model on factors that directly or indirectly influence teacher certification. Research methodology: The research method used quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires be analyzed using the SEM PLS statistical tool. The study population was 388 ASN teachers who had been certified with a sampling of 80 respondents. The results and discussions were processed using the structural equation model (SEM/PLS) tool. Results: The results of the study include: 1) There is no influence of teacher health on certification. 2) There is a significant influence of the influence of the work environment on teacher certification. 3) There is no influence of teacher health on the image of the leader. 4) There is a significant influence of the work environment on the image of the leader. 5) There is a significant influence of the image of the leader on teacher certification. 6) There is a significant indirect influence of the influence of teacher health on teacher certification through the image of the leader. 7) There is a significant indirect influence of the work environment on teacher certification through the image of the leader. Limitations: Limitations. This research only uses a small sample of certified teachers in the city of Serang, so it does not reflect the completeness of the respondents' perceptions Contributions: The contribution. This research used to support the number of certified teachers, it is necessary to pay attention to the work environment and the image of the leader.

Analysis of the level of interest and level of taxpayer satisfaction with the quality of service at the East Belitung Samsat Office

Purpose: The development and improvement of government services are increasingly becoming a public concern. This study aims to determine whether there is a difference the between customer’s (taxpayers) level of importance and the level of satisfaction on the services of Kantor UPT Samsat Belitung Timur. Research methodology: This study used data survey of 100 respondents with quota sampling and secondary data of employee profiles and the number of taxpayers. Results: The results of the Wilcoxon Test analysis prove that there was a significant difference in the level of importance and satisfaction in each service dimension (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy). In each dimension, taxpayers who gave negative assessments were more dominant (satisfaction was lower than interest) than positive (satisfaction was higher than importance), although most gave the same assessment. Research findings suggest that each attribute in each dimension must receive attention for quality improvement.

The formation of islamic character through the Student-Led Conference (SLC) program (in Grade 9 SMP Insan Cendekia Madani Boarding School Development Serpong, South Tangerang City)

Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to investigate how the Student-Led Conference (SLC) program is applied to grade 9 students at SMP ICM BSD, Ciater Village, Serpong District, and South Tangerang City; the development of islamic character through the SLC program; and analysize the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the SLC program in these classes and locations. Research methodology: The research methodology is descriptive-qualitative, with data collection techniques through direct research into the field using observation, documentation, interviews with related parties, and triangulation. Results: This thesis proves that the SLC program implementation in grade 9 of SMP ICM BSD with the specified stages can form the Islamic character for students. The SLC program is one of the innovation programs in the context of building the character of students who are independent and responsible. The supporting factors for implementing the SLC program in grade 9 at SMP ICM BSD, Ciater Village, Serpong District, and South Tangerang City are good support from the school, parents, and students. The inhibiting factors are the delay or absence of parents to attend school according to the schedule and time specified. Parents need help understanding the material presented by students during SLC. For teachers at school, many programs must be completed almost simultaneously.

Age characteristics in buli tumor patients at the General Hospital For The Jayapura Regional period 2017-2022

Purpose: Buli-buli tumors, also known as vesica urinaria (bladder) tumorstumors, are the second malignancy after prostate . Bladder tumors affect twice as many men as women. The most common symptoms of bladder tumors include painless hematuria and associated urinary tract infections (frequency, urgency, dysuria). Based on data from the Global Cancer Incidence, Mortality, and Prevalence (GLOBOCAN), there were 573,000 cases of bladder tumor or cancer in 2020, which accounted for 3% of all new tumor cases in the world. Research methodology: This study uses a descriptive method by taking secondary data from Jayapura Hospital, which aims to obtain the characteristics of Buli Tumors in at Jayapura Hospital for patients with buli tumors the period 2017-2022. Results: The results showed that there were 61 incidents of buli tumors in patients with buli tumors. it can be concluded as follows: Buli tumor patients patient based on age found the highest age group is at the age of >50 years as many as 30 patients with a percentage of 49.2%, followed by the age age group group 41-50 years as many as 24 patients with a percentage of total of 39.3% and consecutively the third highest to the lowest includes the 31-40 a 5 patients with a percentage of 8.2%, the age group 20-30 a total of a total of 1 with a with a percentage of percentage of 1.6% and the age group <20 years 1 patient 1.6%.

Factors influencing clean and healthy lifestyle behavior (PHBS) on the educational personnel of Cenderawasih University in 2025

Purpose: This study aims to 1). to analyze the influence of knowledge on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS), 2) to analyze the influence of attitudes on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS), 3) to analyze the influence of actions on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS), 4). to analyze the influence of the availability of facilities and infrastructure on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS). 5. To analyze the influence of leadership support on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS, 6). To analyze the influence of the Work Environment on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) on Cenderawasih University Education Personnel. Research methodology: The location of the study was at Cenderawasih University, in all Education Personnel in each section at Cenderawasih University totaling 243. The sample in this study used the Lemeshow formula. Stratified random sampling technique of employees totaling 165 employees. Analysis Methodusing Univariate analysis, Bivariate analysis, and Multivariate analysis. Results: The partial research results are: 1). Knowledge has no effect onimplementation of clean and healthy living behavior at Cenderawasih University 2). Attitude influences the implementation of clean and healthy living behavior at Cenderawasih University. 3). Action influences the implementation of clean and healthy living behavior at Cenderawasih University. 4). Facilities and infrastructure influences the implementation of clean and healthy living behavior at Cenderawasih University. 5). Leadership support influences the implementation of clean and healthy living behavior at Cenderawasih University. 6). The work environment does not influence the implementation of clean and healthy living behavior at Cenderawasih University. Conclusions: In general, simultaneously; knowledge, attitudes, actions, infrastructure, leadership support, and work environment influence the implementation of clean and healthy living behavior at Cenderawasih University.
